We identify a client need and invite suitable engineers to consider the opportunity. You decide whether each engagement fits your expertise and availability, and you may accept or decline it.
Work may include project-based delivery, general engineering sessions, or sessions for discovery, planning and design. For any opportunity you accept, the scope, timing, compensation, and required availability are defined in a signed engagement agreement before work begins.
This model is well suited to experienced professionals seeking meaningful contract work alongside other professional commitments, consulting engagements, or independent projects.
